:: Mee udon hailam ::

Skrg ni dah pukul 5.04 petang..
Bukan taknak balik awal 4.30 ptg tadi..
Cuma senang hati sket, dah ada makanan untuk buka puasa..
Tak perlu nak rushing balik..
Beri peluang pada mereka-mereka yg lebih memerlukan utk balik awal memenuhi jalanraya..
Dah reda jalan baru bole gerak..
Sambil2 tu boleh meng'hupdate' blog tak seberapa ni..

Semalam masa pegi Giant ternampak Udon Mee..
Memang sebelum ni ada plan nak buat Mee Hailam..
Tapi terfikir nak guna mee selain mee kuning yg kurang menjadi kegemaran..
Hrrrmm..
Bila dah nmpak Udon Mee.. belek2 jap packaging dia dan yg pasti tanda halal yg sah..
mcm ok.. dan terus sambar..

So resepinya sarat sangat..
Mcm2 yg diletak..
Nak tulis resepi pun tak larat..
Sebab perut dah berbunyi-bunyi..
Nanti di entri yg lain.. Insya Allah ada resepinya..

:: Kenangan kuih raya ::

Dah berada dipenghujung Ramadhan sudah kita..
Harap-harap kita jumpa malam lailatul qadar, Insya Allah..

Di penghujung puasa ni semangat nak masak lauk puasa pun..
Dah macam suam-suam kukujer semangat..
Bukan apa, kepala dah fikir pulak untuk lauk-pauk raya..
Uishhh.. awalnya..
Tapi itulah kebenaran..
Belum lagi fikir pasal kuih/biskut raya yg belum lagi penuh balang..

Kalau masa arwah mak ada dulu dia akan buat kuih simpan
dalam balang horlicks kaca dan tersusun cantik dekat almari..

Memang tak boleh usik langsung.. kecuali raya!!
Itu arahan arwah emak..
So, kitorang boleh mkn cookie yg kene reject..
Mak bukanlah garangpun..
Tapi kitorang mmg dgr arahan dan xnak membantah..
seperkara lagi kitorang pun rasa sayang nak makan kuih-muih tu mmg cantik bila
diletak dalam balang lutsinar..
Aneka warna.. bentuk dan rasa. huhu

Mak mmg tak kasi aku menerap.. katanya tak sama tebal.. haha

Pastu tart gulung, bentuk kelopak bunga dan mcm2 lagilar..

Pendek kata macam-macam versi ada..
Sekarang ni pulak ada almond tart..
Pastri tart dicampur serbuk badam, rasa lemak-lemak gitu..

Apapun semuanya terpulang kepada tekak masing2.. :))

Oh ya.. pilihan emak untuk butter adalah 'buttercup'..
Pada masa tu sebut buttercup, memang org tahu hasilnya tidak menghampakan..
Klu tak caya sampai skrg..
Org2 yg jual kuih klu guna buttercup..
"Kuih ni mahal sket harganya sebab guna butter" cup tu tinggal..
maknanya bukan guna planta yer.. hehe

Nasi goreng kampung.. pedas gilos!

Carbonara spaghetti.. ma feveret!!

Nasi uduk.. Bandung mari..

Sama jugak, nasi uduk.. lauk ayam


Starter.. french loaf with butter and olive oil

Tahu goreng berinti.. Bandung mari jugak

Kue teow goreng spesel.. Bandung mari..

Nasi beringin.. untuk sesiapa yg teringin.. huhu
Ni kat Kg Baru.. memang femes rest. ni..

Haa.. ini part dessert!! pulut kene dg durian fresh dan santan..
Pas abis makan sila-sila cuci tangan yerr.. :D

:: Sambal kentang wedges ::

Menu iftar arini sangatlah sempoi..
Sebabnya dari pagi sibuk siapkan tempahan kuih..

Sebenarnya kalau dah puasa ni..
Nampak kerepek kering pun dan bole terliur..
Jadi, dalam erti kata lain..
Aku jenis tidak kisah sangat jenis lauk pauk..
Cuma menjadi kepantangan..
Bila juadah yg dibeli, hasilnya tidak seperti diharap..

Baru-baru ini dapat beli lauk gulai ikan tenggiri..
Kedai femes tu terletak di Pantai Dalam, KL..
Bila sampai umah.. isi2 ikan pun dah nak tercabut..
Sebenarnya silap sendiri..
Hrmm.. yg pilihkan plak tu kwn lelaki.. cenggitulah jadinya!

Oklah banyak plak ceritanya..

Menu simple ni kenekan dgn masak tumis air telur..
Cukup!! :D

Sambal kentang wedges!!

Bahan-bahan :

3 biji kentang besar (dipotong wedges dan digoreng)
Segenggam ikan bilis (digoreng garing)
15 tangkai cili kering
1/2 inci belacan
1 bj bwg besar
1 sb sos tiram
sekeping asam keping
Minyak
Garam
Gula

Cara-caranya :
Goreng ikan bilis*goreng pula kentang hingga habis*tumis bahan kisar dgn miyak tadi*letak asam keping dan goreng hingga garing*masuk sos tiram, gula dan garam*bila cili sudah betul2 garing, masukkan ikan bilis dan kentang tadi.. ok, siap untuk di 'ngap'.. haha

:: Sayur lagi ::

Menu sayur campur ni main campak-campak jerr..
Punya nak mkn panas-panas konon..
Masa tengah goreng tetiba azan maghrib..hehe
Makan kurma dan minum air lar dulu..

Bahan-bahan sayur ni ikut kreativiti..
Tdk semestinya semua bahan ini perlu ada..
Ikutlar sayur apa suka..
Tp kena masuk dgn 'sayur campur'.. :))
Dan kuantiti pun ikut suka hati jugak..


Bahan-bahan :

Brocolli
Lobak merah
Kobis bunga
Kacang peas manis
Cili belanda kuning dan merah
Sotong
Bawang putih dan merah (dihiris)
Kiub ayam
Tahu lembut (digoreng dan dipotong)
Sos tiram
Minyak
Garam
Air

Cara-cara :

Panaskan miyak*goreng bawang merah dan putih hingga garing dan masuk sotong*masuk sos tiram, air, kiub ayam, garam* masuk sayur dan tunggu sehingga garing*angkat dan hias dgn bawang goreng..


:: Lemon chicken ::

Menu ni dah teringin lama..
Cuma tidak berkesempatan nak cari chicken fillet..
Dah jumpa chic fillet, terlupa lemon pulak..
Baru semalam cukup bahan-bahannya..

Ini resipi makanan cina..
Tapi telah diubah ala2 versi melayu yg kuahnya gelap sedikit..



Lemon chicken.. nyummmss!!

Jomm check resipi :

200g isi ayam/chicken fillet (dipotong nipis/kecil)
1 inci halia - dikisar
seulas bawang putih - dikisar
3 sb tepung jagung
1 sk tepung beras
1/2 st lada sulah
1 bj telur dipukul (guna 1/2 biji shj)
Garam
Minyak
Salad dan hirisan lemon dan daun bawang untuk hiasan

Untuk sos lemon
1 biji lemon (perah 3 sb jus dan parut sedikit kulitnya)
2 sb gula merah/biasa
1 sb tepung jagung
1 cwn air
Garam
Minyak untuk menumis

Cara-caranya :

Ayam dicuci dan toskan*perap ayam selama 2 jam dengan bahan kisar, lada sulah, telor dan garam*panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng*sementara itu gaul tepung jagung dan tepung beras di dalam bekas kering*celup ayam yg diperap ke dalam tepung tadi dan goreng sehingga kekuningan..


Ayam yg diperap dgn bawang putih, halia dan lada sulah..

 Selepas digoreng.. huh!! posa.. posa..
Untuk sos pula..

Tumis bawang putih hingga wangi*masuk air dan tunggu hingga mendidih*masuk lemon juice dan gula merah/biasa dan parutan kulit lemon*masuk tepung jagung dan kuah perlulah pekat...

Tuang keatas ayam tadi.. hias apa yg patut dan siap utk dihidang.. nyummss!!

Lemon sauce

:: Ronda raya ::

Semalam ada kwn datang jemput dirumah untuk kitorang sama2 ke IKEA..
Dia nak cari balang kuih untuk bisness dia..
Alaa.. balang untuk open house gitu..
Biar nampak presentable sket katanya..

Kalau nak kesitu weekend2 ni mmg kena cepat..
Umat kat situ tak pernah kurang..
Kadang-kadang bukan nak beli apapun..
Tapi saja menyibuk (akular salah sorang tuuhh!!.. hadooii!!)

So, lepas pusing punya pusing dan tgk punya tgk..



Kitorg pilih yg ini.. lebih kedap udara dan paling penting MURAH!!
Masa tengah memilih tu..
Ada group dari Brunei yg memborong balang seperti kitorang..
Katanya di Brunei tak dapat macam tuu..
hrmm???
Mungkin takde IKEA kat sana maksudnya..

So, kitorang beli 12 balang kuih yg harganya 5.50 sebuah..



Yang ini lebih cantik.. tapi kurang kedap udara dan jauh lebih mahal..

 Ini pula hasil merepek dari rondaanku.. memang entah apa yg dibeli pun tak tau..


Aromatherphy vanilla candles.. i loikeee..

:: Sambal ikan jintan ::

Semasa pergi supermarket, nampak ikan sardin segar dan rasa teringin makan ikan sambal jintan..
Disebabkan ikannya kecil2.. so, ambil lebih sket..

Ada makcik kat sebelahku sambil pilih ikan..
Sambil siap syer resepi sempoi..
dgn slang kelantan (maaflah kalau tersilap)
'kalo nak sedak, kena rebuh dulu..
rebuh dgn asan kepin, ketuk lekuah buh garan..
pahtuh goren.. respi oghe kelate cantu'

Ditranslate:

'kalau nak sedap, kena rebus dulu..
rebus dgn asam keping, ketuk lengkuas letak garam..
lepas tu goreng.. resepi org kelantan mcm tu'

Terima kasih kat makcik yg peramah tu..
Siap suruh aku korek2 ais ikan tu..
Katanya bawah-bawah tu lg segar..
Memang betul punn.. hehe

Ok, nak dipendekkan cerita..
Niat nak buat sambal ikan jintan tadi perlu diteruskan..
Supaya puas hati ini..

Hrmmm..
Jom check resepi..

Warna gelap bukan hangus.. tapi disebabkan guna gula
merah dan camera kurang $$.. hehe

Bahan-bahan :
6-7 ekor ikan sardin
4-5 ulas bawang kecil
1/2 inci belacan
20 tangkai cili kering (dipotong dan direbus)
1/2 sk jintan manis
kunyit
minyak
gula
garam

Cara-cara :
Ikan dicuci dan dibersihkan*gaul garam dan kunyit, goreng hingga garing, angkat dan toskan*kisar cili kering, bawang belacan dn jintan manis*panaskan kuali dan tumis bahan kisar hingga garing*letak perasa dan masukkan ikan goreng tadi.

Belum abis cerita lagi..
Makcik yg baik tu siap ckp jaga2 dgn handbag ku..
hrmm..
Memangpun aku boleh tinggal2 kat atas troli..
huhh.. carelesss!!

:: Asparagus sos tiram ::

Semalam berbuka di KLGCC, Bukit Kiara..
Perasaan tidaklah begitu excited mana..

Sampai di sana..
Lagilar tidak excited..
Walaupun ada kambing bergolek..

Bukan apa, parking jauh..
Kena guna buggy service to their cafe..
Dah pulak tu makanan jauh-jauh sangat..
Surau pun jauh sangat...(ini xpe, dpt pahla.. hehe)
Ker mungkin orang ramai sangat..
Dan meja kitorang yg belakang2..

Jemputan ini pun atas tujuan kerja..
dan nak meraikan kwn baik yg akan berpindah ke sykt GLC lain..
Klu bukan sebab itu, memang tidak kesitu kott..

Makanan memang agak menarik..
Kuih-muih.. 2 thumbs up.. bestt!!
Dalam banyak2 stall tuu..
Ada satu stall..
Jenis sayur-sayuran yg digoreng 'on da sport'!!
Memang best!!

So, arini rasa teringat2 sayur best semalam..
Tapi nak buat asparagus goreng..

Cili merah (2/3 hiris sahaja)

Secubit garam

Cara-cara :
Tumis bawangn putih dan merah hingga wangi*masuk sotong dan kacau hingga masak*masuk asparagus, cili, tahu dan air*kacau rata lagi*masuk kiub ayam dan gaaram sedikit*ngkat dan hidang
